FAQ's
How many guests can you draw in an hour?
Approximately 12-15 guests per hour. This really depends on how quick people move out of the seat and in. Also depends on a sign up sheet if that is chosen.
Sign up sheet?
Yes. Some clients chose to use a sign up sheet so their guests are not waiting in a line and can enjoy the reception. Some guests choose the traditional next in line. Both work! When using a sign up sheet, guests will be given a time to be drawn. They will need to be back 10 min before their time to ensure they are ready. If not, they will be skipped. Unfortunately there will be no make up time and no I cannot squeeze them in because everyone will be timed out. Once the list is full, that is it. Either way, not all guests may be drawn at your event. We will discuss options for the most amount of guests being drawn.
How can I plan to have all or most of my guests drawn?
Some guests will not want to be drawn or we will run out of time. To ensure all or most guests have the opportunity to be drawn, you will need to book more hours or choose our platinum package which will include a second artist. A second artist doubles the amount of guests drawn within the hour! This is your best bet if you have a large amount of guests and want to provide most or all to be drawn. Of course, it is not a guarentee every guest will be drawn. We are booked by the hour, not by how many people are drawn :-)
How much does it cost for a caricature artist or two??
